 Open House 

  • OPEN HOUSE - Tuesday, March 27, 7:00pm

    This event, while geared to parents wishing to apply for the 2011-2012 academic year, is open to parents and students in grades 6-10 that are interested in learning more about our programs. Tours of the building will be conducted and we will have students, parents, coaches and faculty members available to answers your questions. Application Deadlines

Early application is encouraged to help avoid being placed on a wait list.

Applications for grade 9-11 are accepted beginning November 1 on a space-available basis.

Ordinarily, BMCHS does not accept 12th grade transfer students from local (Triad) schools. We will consider seniors who are transferring from out of state or from outside of the Triad region.

The following are given priority consideration through February 1: TRACS students (students attending Triad Area Catholic Schools); siblings of current and former BMCHS students; children of alumni; children of Bishop McGuinness faculty and staff members, and children of TRACS faculty and staff members.

Placement Test

Required of all students entering grade 9 from outside catholic Middle School.
Pre-registration is required-see application for more information.
Test dates are:
Saturday, March 17, 9-12 p.m.
Saturday, April 21, 9-12 p.m.
Saturday, May 12, 9-12 p.m.
Thursday, June 14, 9-12 p.m.

Financial Aid Application Deadline: April 1
