Student Transportation Services

Overview

The Bishop McGuinness Bus Transportation Service is designed to provide easy, safe transportation to Bishop McGuinness High School for students throughout the Triad. Transportation is available from several locations around the Triad on a one-way or round-trip basis. In addition to our standard bus service, we also offer a late bus option for students who wish to stay after school for athletic practices and other activities. Morning transportation is provided approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to school opening. Afternoon departure occurs 30 minutes after dismissal.

Bus drivers are fully certified employees of Bishop McGuinness. All drivers carry cell phones for emergency use. Students are required to follow school conduct standards at all times while riding the bus.

Fees for bus service are charged month for a 10-month subscription. Families wishing to take advantage of bus transportation should complete the required paperwork prior to start of service.
